Merry Christmas everyone! This year has been a great one for our family. Kevin graduated in May (about time) with a degree in Electrical Engineering. He has a full time job as an electrical engineer. Christy now has a part time job teaching second grade. She is glad that second graders know how to tie their own shoes. She also teaches the Beehives in our ward. Boy what a handful they are. We are enjoying our house and our new backyard. We had quite the crop of veggies this year in our garden. We are both still into photography even though we haven't had a lot of time lately to do anything with it. No pitter patter of little feet yet (just Foxy's). Foxy is our pride and joy and is just as spoiled as a kid would be. Her favorite things to do are go with us in the car and squeak and destroy anything fuzzy. We spend most of our time at the computer or with family.
10 Things We Have Learned This Year.
- Dogs are just as messy as kids
- Christy loves working part time
- Beehives have 3 times as much energy as a normal person
- If Christy's cell phone is lost....look in the freezer
- Dogs can have obsessive compulsive disorders
- Do not order surprises from Sam's Club using your wife's membership card. She will find out!
- Kevin's vote doesn't count
- Christy's vote counts double
- Don't clean your printer with Windex
- Baby making is not as easy as one might think - no luck this year but we will keep working on it:)

Christy - I loved your list of things you've learned this year! A few of them need more explaining - what is your dog's OCD and why is your cell phone in the freezer? These would make excellent entries in your blog.

Christy-love your blog, I have also learned that if your cell phone is missing it might also be in a briar patch...at the very bottom no doubt
