4th of July

The fourth of July is a pretty big deal in our circle here in Herriman. We all have family BBQs and light of tons of fireworks. We were sad when our neighbors Howard and Luanne moved away. They always shot water balloons, candy and glow sticks out of a cannon. So as not to let the tradition die Kevin designed his own cannon and we shot off candy and glow sticks.

 Each year the group seems to grow. And the fireworks seem to grow too. Thanks to our 3 big contributors for a show almost as good as the city ones. We had neighbors all around thanking us for the good show. We invited the new neighbors to join us for the festivities. I think they were properly impressed. Benson and Cousin Mason were not as impressed and Mason spent the evening in the house. Maybe next year he will like them better.
