A little over a year ago my best friend had to move to Bakersfield, CA because of a job. I miss her a lot. We used to teach together on an amazing 2nd grade team. I had a chance to go and visit her with a couple of our teacher friends a few weeks ago. It was short but sweet. We spent a day in LA sight seeing (and seeing somethings we wished we hadn't) and a day in Bakersfield slummin'. Here are a few pictures of our whirlwind vacation Miss you Sarah!
