Merry Christmas!
2011 has gone by in a blur. Life has been very busy at our house with Benson being a toddler. He is now 20 months old and still only around 19 lbs. Pediasure is his main food but he also likes mac n' cheese, noodles, soup and sugary treats. He is a climber and never seems to sit still for long before moving on to some other form of mischief. He still babbles a lot but is slowly learning more words. Mom and Dad were excited to have him start nursery at church in November.
Kevin is working hard to support the family at his job at Novatek in Provo, Utah. He is designing circuit boards and embedded systems for intelligent steering & measurement drilling systems in the oil and gas industry. Sounds important, right? This year has been the year of the RC planes. He has built many planes and gliders and flies every Friday with his buddies at work. He also attended the Uncivil War and took first place in a few events. If you see Kevin you will have to ask him how those 4 holes got in the ceiling...
Christy is still a stay at home mom. She spends most of her day chasing after Benson. Every once in a while she finds time to squeeze in some crafts or reading. Grandma F. comes over to visit often and helps take care of the whirling dervish. Christy has taken up party planning (just for family) and was able to help Melanie and Dawson plan their big day. She now, however, swears off any more wedding planning.
Herriman is still treating us well. It has been changing fast with new houses and roads. The new Mountain View Corridor will hopefully shave a few minutes off of Kevin's commute when it is finished. We enjoy being close to our families and are blessed to have such a nice home.
We wish you a Happy Holidays! Thanks for taking the time to visit our blog and check in on our little family. We have been very blessed and are mindful of the Lords hand in all that we have achieved this year.
