Ok... the geek in me says that is pretty cool, the practical side of me says, how much foam is Kevin planning on cutting to make the time/parts invested in this cutter worth it. Wouldn't a hacksaw or drywall saw work just as well?
Apparently he is also going to make a hover craft and needs to cut foam for it. I don't understand it myself. The foam cutter makes smooth cuts on the foam.

I have already used it a couple of times to make repairs to my R/C Plane.
